Perplexed and confused....

I am perplexed and confused why medium sized U.S. companies typically will not and do not invest in available management intelligence solutions to have access to real-time decision-making information about the state of their business. These investments would provide them with the ability to make quicker business decisions, isolate key performance indicators and events, be more competitive and lower their operating costs. The results of this lack of investment in technology is the loss of U.S. businesses, jobs and facilities.
Example: U.S. Apparel and Textile Companies

How is it that the Japanese are successfully building plants and hiring high cost U.S. workers with huge long distance investments....
Answer: "Investment in High Technology"
